Do not reverse engineer or resell the service without written permission.

3. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew according to your selected cycle.
Plan changes or cancellations apply according to billing terms shown at checkout.
We may update pricing with reasonable notice before renewal.

4. Third-party data providers

Some market metrics come from third-party data providers.
Provider availability or coverage may change over time.
Lumetry does not guarantee perfect completeness or uninterrupted third-party feeds.

5. Disclaimer and liability

Lumetry provides analytical indicators and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
To the extent allowed by law, Lumetry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
